Higher Quality range 300 series Stainless Steel Products
1. Stainless Steel, like every other kind of metal, is made from iron and carbon. But what sets stainless steel apart from the rest is its chromium and nickel alloying elements. These are the elements which create a corrosion-free product.
2. When iron is manipulated with chromium, this creates chromium oxide. This acts as a protective surface which prevents stainless steel rusting and deteriorating.
3. The 300 series Stainless Steel is a higher quality range that is much more resistant to corrosion.

? Care Tips & Precautions
→ Before using nonstick cookware for the very first time, be sure to wash it: use detergent and hot water, rinse well and dry thoroughly with a cloth or paper towel. After that rub the wok or pan with a bit of oil using a disposable paper towel.
→ Never preheat empty non-stick cookware, it conducts heat very quickly and can cause overheating.
→ It is recommended to use medium and low heat (below 240°C) when cooking. Especially when using it for the first time, familiarize yourself with the heat conduction speed of the wok first.
→ Wooden spatulas, silicone spatulas, and metal spatulas can be used during use.
→ After cooking, the body of the wok is still at a high temperature, so it is not recommended to wash it in water immediately. Please let it cool down a little before cleaning.
→ If the cookware’s body appears slightly yellow, please wipe it with a scouring pad and a little white vinegar while the body is still hot.
