2 ways for reheat -

2. Simply place the metal tray together with its plastic trough into the microwave oven for a quick reheat

MICROWAVE RE-HEATING NOTES
1. Please place the metal tray into the microwave oven TOGETHER WITH its plastic tray. DO NOT heat up the metal tray alone.
2. Please remove all covers before placing your food into the oven. This would prevent potentially dangerous pressure buildup.
