PBC Warranty Statement
Every item is thoroughly inspected upon arrival at our facility and rejected should it be defective. Furthermore, we check it again, to ensure the item is in good condition, before being packed and shipped to you.
However, should you find that the item is not performing to its specification, we do offer a warranty against manufacturing defects that is valid for 3 months from your date of purchase. Do reach out to us and we will go through the necessary arrangements with you.
Do note that the box and/or packaging is designed to protect your item during shipping, whilst labelling stickers are designed for identification and certifying authenticity. Therefore, only claims for damaged items will be entertained.
