Duralex is manufactured to withstand sudden extreme temperatures from -20? to 100? and is suitable for hot or cold liquids.

* Do not use a damaged or cracked product (it poses a risk to the user).
* Avoid scratching the surface of the products.

CLEANING
* Wash the product before use.
*Soak the plate in soapy water for 20 minutes.
* Do not use metal sponges, scouring pads, powders or any other abrasive product.
*To remove hard water stains, try vinegar. If this doesn't work, we suggest trying a hard water product called LemiShine that you can find at your local grocery store. Next, try soaking the glassware in LemiShine and hot water.
