We are a furniture manufacturer from Batu Pahat, Johor. We also have a showroom in OUG KL. We are selling directly on and our mission is to offer our customers good quality products at affordable prices.
2. Payment Security
Once you checkout, will hold your payment, we have no rights to your money until you receive the order safely. will only release the money to sellers after the buyer click "Order Received". Your payment will be 100% SAFE with .
3. How does the delivery work?
We have our own transport team to deliver orders across West Malaysia. We also do collaborate with third party lorries to provide coverage to certain areas. We will inform you the estimated delivery date before we deliver, if you cannot receive on that date, we will reschedule the delivery.
4. Do you deliver to East Malaysia/ Langkawi/ Labuan?
Yes, we deliver to both West and East Malaysia. We also cover deliveries to special location such as Langkawi, Port Klang and Pulau Tioman. Additional shipping fee will be charged on delivery to these areas.
5. How long does the delivery take?
The shipping takes within 5-14 days for orders within Peninsular Malaysia depending on the areas; Shipping to East Malaysia takes around 6 weeks.
6. Delivery fee
Unlike other goods, furnitures are heavy and bulky, we charge minor delivery fee across West Malaysia. Please note that labor charges will be applied for condominiums, apartments or shop lots without lift access.
7. How to install the dining set? ?
No installation needed, we will help you install the dining set when it arrives.
8. Can I customize or modify the products? ?
We can customize the upholstery of the furnitures for you but we cannot customize the size.
