DESCRIPTION

Prima Bread Flour (High Protein, Unbleached)

- A high protein flour, best used for making all varieties of bread, buns and other flour-based products.

- Best Used for: Butter Sugar Rolls, Hot Cross Buns, Multigrain Rolls, Walnut Raisin Bread

Prima Cake Flour

- A flour with an excellent tolerance to a high amount of butter and sugar. 

- Best Used for: Sponge cakes and very rich cakes like pound cakes.

Prima Hong Kong Flour (Unbleached)

- This super soft flour is best for making Hong Kong type steamed buns (bao), Dumpling Skin, Japanese Cotton Cheesecake, steam cake, Kuih Bahulu, Malay/Nonya Kueh, waffles and others where an especially soft and light texture is required. 

Prima Top Flour (Unbleached)

- Extra fine quality flour. 

- Best Used for: Very fine cakes, crepes, doughnuts and butter cookies 

Prima Self Raising Flour (Unbleached)

- Contains leavening agents, best used for baking cakes and cookies. Excellent as a batter for frying chicken, fish, prawns and banana fritters.
