PREPARATION (INCLUDED AT THE BACK OF PACKAGING)
For Tempura Fish Bites:
Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C
Deep fry for 4 – 5 minutes or until golden brown

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 220°C
Place product on a baking rack and bake for 14 - 16 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking

Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 200°C
Fill up the basket and cook for 7 - 8 minutes or until golden brown

For Tempura White Fillet:
Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C
Deep fry for 4 – 6 minutes or until golden brown

Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 200°C
Fill up the basket and cook for 9 - 10 minutes or until golden brown

For Spicy Squids Bites:
Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C
Deep fry for 2 – 3 minutes or until golden brown

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 220°C
Place product on a baking rack and bake for 10 - 12 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking

Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 200°C
Fill up the basket and cook for 6 - 7 minutes or until golden brown

For Firecracker Fish Cocktail:
Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C
Deep fry for 4 – 5 minutes or until golden brown

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 220°C
Place product on a baking rack and bake for 24 - 26 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking

Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 200°C
Fill up the basket and cook for 7 - 8 minutes or until golden brown

For Sweet Chilli Squid Bites:
Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C
Deep fry for 2 – 3 minutes or until golden brown

STORAGE Keep frozen to store at or below -18°C
