PREPARATION (INCLUDED AT THE BACK OF PACKAGING)
For Calamari Rings:
Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C
Deep fry for 2 – 2.5 minutes or until golden brown

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 220°C
Place product on a baking rack and bake for 10 - 12 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking

Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 200°C
Fill up the basket and cook for 3 - 4 minutes or until golden brown

For Salt & Pepper Squids:
Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C
Deep fry for 24 – 26 minutes or until golden brown

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 220°C
Place product on a baking rack and bake for 8 - 9 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking

Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 200°C
Fill up the basket and cook for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown

For Dusted Baby Squids:
Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C
Deep fry for 1 – 2 minutes or until golden brown

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 220°C
Place product on a baking rack and bake for 6 - 8 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking

Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 200°C
Fill up the basket and cook for 6 - 8 minutes or until golden brown

For Panko Coated Squid Strip:
Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C
Deep fry for 3 – 4 minutes or until golden brown

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 220°C
Place product on a baking rack and bake for 14 - 16 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking

Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 200°C
Fill up the basket and cook for 5 - 6 minutes or until golden brown

For Nori Himalayan Salt Squid Spiral:
Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 180°C
Deep fry for 3 – 4 minutes or until golden brown

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 220°C
Place product on a baking rack and bake for 18 - 20 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking

Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 200°C
Fill up the basket and cook for 8 - 10 minutes or until golden brown

STORAGE Keep frozen to store at or below -18°C

Do not re-freeze once thawed
