1. The product must be purchased from Vivid Tele Communication Sdn Bhd.
2. Mobile phones found with any or all the following conditions are not eligible for the insurance claim:
👉 Water/Liquid damaged
👉 Unauthorized dismantled
👉 Key part or accessory of the phone missing
3. Any of the above conditions found/detected during the technical inspection will deemed to void the insurance policy and shall not proceed with the claim requested
4. One product can be claimed one (1) time only. After the claim, the product can't be purchased again for screen protection, extended warranty, accidental damage, and water damage warranty.
5. Conditions are not covered by the warranty
👉 Any modification, disassembly, and repair without the official brand after-sales shop of the product (subject to the repair order and official repair records)
👉 Damage that was caused by accidental or human-related actions. Such as liquid ingress, drop damage, excessive extrusion, deformation of the main board, etc.
👉 Equipment failures caused by the system, such as virus intrusion, and flashing:
👉The warranty certification does not match the product equipment model or the warranty certificate has been altered;
👉The equipment tamper-evident label is torn off or damaged, which is unclear and unrecognizable
