Q&A

Q1: The earphone can not charge.
1.  If the earbuds come with charging insulation blue sticker on the metal contacts, pls make sure you remove them before charging. Pls charge about 1-2 hours before 1st using.
2. Pls do not charge the earphones with fast charging or flash charging cable. Please use the charger (voltage 5-5.5V) to charge. Or pls plug the charging cable on computer USB port to charge.

Q2: The product can't pair with my phone.
Pls follow below steps to pair earphone with your phone correctly.
1. Pls check if the earphone has power or not. If no power, pls charge it.
2. Take two earphones out of the charging box. 【Take out at the same time. Very important. The left and right side will pair each other.】
3. Waiting for 5 seconds.
4. Enable "Bluetooth" function of your phone.
5. Find "TWS" icon in the bluetooth device list, click "TWS" to pair.
6. "TWS" appears on the paired list.
7. Paring is successful.
 
Q3: There is only sound for one earphone. Or only 1 earbud pairs with my phone.
Mostly, two earphones have not paired with your phone at same time, so the above issue will appear. Pls follow below steps to pair again. The issue will be resolved.
1. Clear all devices pairing history from all phones.
(a) about i-P, in the “bluetooth” setting, find “TWS” name in “my devices”, click “!”, then click "forget this device”.
(b) about android phone, in the “bluetooth” setting, find “TWS” name in“my devices”, click the mark icon, then click "Unpair”.
2. Disable the bluetooth function of phone.
3. Take two earphones out of the box. 【Take out at the same time. Very important. The left and right side will pair each other.】
4. Waiting for 5 seconds.
5. Enable "Bluetooth" function of your phone.
6. Find "TWS" icon in the bluetooth device list, click "TWS" to pair.
7. "TWS" appears on the paired list.
8. Paring is successful.
Q4: Why the charging box can not charge the earbuds, or the earbuds won't power off after put back in the case？
1. If the charging case has no power, the above issues will happen.
2. Please charge the charging box, and it will turn normal after the box has power.
3. Please make sure you didn't put the right & left earbuds in the opposite place,and the magnet contacts well.
