Mosa Cream Chargers are electronically filled and weighed. Guaranteed no gas loss, leaking or duds. Mosa Cream Chargers are ISO 9001, NSF/ANSI 18 certificated and German T-V-Mark certified, making them a great option for your business or kitchen.

Mosa Cream Chargers are made of 100% recyclable steel, they are anodized, non – refillable and contain approx. 8 gram of pure food – grade N2O (Nitrous Oxide). N2O is a tasteless and colourless gas, that is widely used as a propellant in the food industry.

One cream charger whips up to 0.5 litre (in weight) and 1.5 litre (in volume) of whipped cream, desserts, mousses and sauces!

MOSA 8G N20 SODA CHARGER

Taste the refreshing difference! Mosa Soda Chargers are filled with 100% pure CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) as food grade, Mosa Soda Chargers are made of 100% recyclable steel, they are anodized, not refillable and contain approx. 8 grams of pure CO2. 8g charger use for sparking soda water with a soda syphon.

N2O gas cartridges contain 8g (10 Cubic cms) of pure N2O at approx 60bar/900psi. Cartridge Volume/Water capacity: 10ml Filling Pressure: 8MPa Force required to pierce: 400N max Cartridge total weight: 28gm Size: 66mm x 17.8mm Non-Threaded IMPORTANT SAFETY DATA: Cartridge contains 8g of Nitrous Oxide (E942) under high pressure.
