Inca fruit (Sacha Inchi / Plukenetia Volubilis Linineo), originally grown in the Amazon River rainforest in South America,  has been applied to the local indigenous people for thousands of years. Its nuts are small, but rich in high-quality and nutritious vegetable oil.

Ways to consume sacha inchi oil:

1. Consume directly from sachet

Sacha Inchi oil can be taken directly like olive oil, about 5-10 ml at a time, and you can increase or decrease it according to your needs.


2. Mix with drinks

Sacha Inchi oil itself has a slight peanut aroma, and it goes well with soy milk and other soy drinks. It is recommended to try the ratio of soy milk: sacha inchi oil = 30:1.


3. Making sauce

Sacha Inchi oil has a warm taste and a stone fruit aroma. It is suitable for pours on salads and cold cuts, or it can be used with honey to make a sauce. Add a little salt and vinegar to make a vinegar sauce, which is also great for dipping bread.


4. Cook with rice

Adding sacha inchi oil before cooking rice can increase the aroma, and also helps with the intake of nutrients. It is recommended to add about 5 ml of oil per cup of rice.
