 MAMEE CHEF CHICKEN STOCK 1KG

Chicken soup is for the soul. With Mamee Chef Chicken Stock, a spoonful or more is all you need to get that rich chicken flavour. It is sure to make every dish a savoury fiesta. Forget boiling chicken for hours because Mamee Chef has done that all for you. A little bit of Mamee Chef Chicken Stock goes a long way. A great complement for every vegetable stir fry, or for use as a base for the perfect comfort food like stews and soups.

Ingredients: salt enchancers,corn starch,maltodextrin,sugar,flavouring substances,chicken fat 3% and chicken powder 0.1%,Anticaking agent, hydrolysed vegetable protein, soy sauce powder & yeast extract. 

May contains: Crustacean, fish, peanuts, milk, sesame, celery,mustard, molluscs, tree nut.

How To Use:

  • For Stock: Dissolve 20g or 1¼ tablespoon of Mamee Chef Chicken Stock powder into 1 litre of boiling water. 
  • For Stir Fry: 50g or 3¼ tablespoons of Mamee Chef Chicken Stock powder into 1kg stir fry dish..For
  • Marinade: 40g or 2½ tablespoons of Mamee Chef Chicken Stock powder to marinate 1kg of meat.
  • Storage Instruction: Close pack tightly and store in cool and dry place. 
  • 20G for 1L
