This product is a battery-free module. It is used for repairing and assembling battery packs of 18V Makita electric tools and is intended only for persons familiar with battery performance and with hands-on experience in battery assembly.











It can be filled with 5pcs 21700 Li-Ion batteries, with an LED battery status indicator, but it's just an empty box, with nickel strips with BMS (protection board PCB) but without batteries inside.











Preparations before assembly:











(1) If you use a new battery, please note:





a. 21700 power lithium battery must be selected, which can discharge with high current;





b. A group of 5 cells must match the resistors and capacitors so that they have the same voltage.





(2) If used to restore old batteries, please test the voltage across each battery. If the voltage is different, charge each battery to the same voltage value.
