Japanese Hinode Mirin Sweet Cooking Sauce is the key condiment used in Teriyaki sauce, and also can be brushed on the meat such as chicken, beef, salmon and vegetable, to make the dishes more flavory. Mirin also can be used for marinade and dressing purposes.
