使用方法 【做好的酸奶72小时内食用为佳】


1. 准备好500-1000ml常温纯牛奶，从冰箱冷冻层取出一小袋菌粉，将容器冲烫干净。


2. 先倒入容器中少量牛奶，再倒入菌粉搅拌（避免菌粉粘在容器底部），最后倒入全部牛奶确保充分搅拌均匀。


3. 酸奶机恒温43°C左右发酵6-8小时凝固即可，或根据酸奶机温度延长或缩短发酵时间。


4. 做好酸奶可立即食用，放冰箱冷藏数小时后口味更佳，食用时按个人的喜好添加糖、水果、蜂蜜、果酱等。
