什麼是三寶粉？





三寶粉指的就是：『大豆卵磷脂』、『啤酒酵母粉』與『小麥胚芽粉』





◎大豆卵磷脂





大豆卵磷脂富含膽鹼磷脂質、肌醇磷脂質、腦磷脂與亞麻仁油酸。磷脂質對於維持細胞膜的健康、促進細胞的正常功能，使人體細胞對於營養物質的吸收、代謝廢物的排泄有很大的幫助。另外，膽鹼磷脂質對於腦神經傳導物質「乙烯膽鹼」的形成，提供了必要的原料，可預防記憶力的退化。
