Korea QQ Bread Mix 韩式QQ面包预拌粉


Ingredient 材料：


Korea QQ Bread Mix 韩式QQ面包预拌粉500g


Cold Water冷水160g


Egg 鸡蛋 135g


Icing Sugar 糖粉 25g


Milk Powder奶粉 10g


Black Sesame 黑芝麻 55g


Soy sauce 酱油 10g


Unsalted Butter 无盐牛油 85g





Steps 步骤:


1. Mix all ingredients together, mix well for 1 minute using low speed, then medium speed for 3 minutes. 把所有材料放入盆中，用低速搅拌一分钟，然后用中速搅拌三分钟。





2. Divide the dough into 60g per pcs, make into round shape and rest for 10 min. Bake for 170'c for 23-25 minutes. 把面团分割成60g，弄成圆形，休息10分钟，然后用170度烤23-25分钟。
