One of the indispensable seasonings in Japanese cooking, mirin can be used to add flavour and shine to your meal!


It is sweet tasting and gives out the fragrance of alcohol, and therefore, perfect for marinating meat and seafood, seasoning dishes including teriyaki dishes, as well as adding flavour to dipping sauce!





Storage: Due to Maillard reaction, this product may darken over time. Please store in dark, cool areas, and refrigerate after opening.

味醂又被稱為「醇米霖」或是「味淋」，是日本家庭在料理時不可或缺的調味料之一。其具有如同料理米酒的功用，還能在多種料理手法當中取代砂糖的角色，讓烹煮出來的食材更加鮮美、有光澤。





味醂為日本頂級調味品，在和食料理占有一席之地。萬家香以70年釀造技術，用純米精心釀製出的味醂滋味香甜，可取代糖與味精，提味增鮮，深受日本消費者愛用。用於醃漬肉類或海鮮可幫助入味、軟化肉質，去除腥味，是用途廣泛的家庭常備調味品。





食用方法：肉類與海鮮需要醃漬入味時可以適量添加，可以取代米酒、糖及味精。亦可製作中式沾醬、五味醬。


注意事項：天然釀造產品易隨著時間、環境溫度的變化產生顏色變深的現象，屬於自然的梅納反應，原封請放置陰涼通風處，開封後請冷藏
