Operating Hour / Waktu operasi:

- 10am - 6pm (Wednesday Closed) / Rabu Tutup

- Operating time might change from time to time being due to current weather condition / Waktu operasi mungkin berlaku dari semasa ke semasa jika keadaan cuaca yg tidak mengizinkan


Type of Ticket / Jenis Tiket:

- Direct scan entry ticket using smartphone / Imbas kod tiket masuk melalui telefon 

- Open dated ticket for 1 month from purchase date / Tarikh lawatan bebas sebulan mulai tarikh pembelian

- Non-cancellation and non-refundable / Pembatalan tiket atau pemulangan wang adalah tidak dibenarkan lps pembelian


Important Note / Notis Penting:

- Children below 85cm in height are not allowed to participate in this activity. / Kanak2 bawah 85cm tidak dibenarkan main aktiviti ini.

- Riders must be at least 110cm tall to ride the Luge alone. / Pemain Luge mesti sekurang2nya 110cm ke atas.

- Children between 85-110cm in height can ride in tandem with a paying adult. Tickets may be purchased directly onsite. / Kanak2 dlm ketinggian 85-110cm perlu ditemani oleh seorang dewasa. Tiketnya blh terus beli kt kaunter.

- This activity is not suitable for pregnant women, wheelchair users, and individuals with walking disabilities, motion sickness, and heart or back problems. / Aktiviti ini tidak sesuai utk wanita yg mengandung, pengguna kerusi roda atau masalah kesihatan.
