猛犸象牙(Mammoth Ivory)是猛犸象的门牙，俗称古象牙，又叫万年象牙，是一种化石象牙。猛犸象牙原生尺寸比现代的象牙大，多数因时间久远钙化或石化，只有一少部分保存在北极圈冻土层中。在已发现的猛犸象牙中，只约有15%是可用，而其他已经钙化或石化的部分是不能用来雕刻的。猛犸象牙其主要原料来源就是西伯利亚(Siberia)的冰冻层里挖掘出来的。由于资源有限，随着人们不断的开采和挖掘，猛犸象牙会越来越少，收藏价值也越来越高。


猛犸象牙的贸易已经有300多年历史了，因为猛犸象牙是一种化石所以没有被禁止贸易。联合国公约组织并未禁止猛犸象牙用于加工贸易，所以，买卖猛犸象牙是合法的收藏行为。


作为已经灭绝的动物，数量毕竟是有限的，收藏价值也越来越高。自古以来，象牙制品是王公贵族将其作为挡邪避灾的宝物。
