Why double effect?

1st effect:
In the first step, this Double-Effect Caffeine Shampoo loosens scaly, keratinous cells and removes dandruff from the scalp.

2nd effect:
The removal of dandruff from the scalp has prepared the way for the caffeine complex. Alpecin Double-Effect Caffeine Shampoo contains caffeine that stimulates the hair already during hair washing. The minimum residence for this product is also 120 seconds. Once it arrives at the hair root, the active ingredient forms a 24-hour depot, thereby protecting the hair root from premature inactivity.
