How to use:
1. Before first, press the nozzle a few times to make sure the water comes out evenly.
2. Hold the bottle upright and gently insert the nozzle into one nostril. For infants, lift the baby's back up.
3. Spray in each nostril with the head upright. Let it act for a few seconds and use a nasal aspirator to clear the nose.

Direction >> How to Use:
• Daily preventive use:
- Spray 1-2 puffs in each nostril 2 times a day.
• In case of nasal symptoms:
- Spray 1-2 puffs in each nostril 4 times a day
• Remove and rinse the applicator thoroughly after each use.

Precaution:
• Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C/122°F. Pressurized container:
• Do not pierce or burn, even after use. May burst if heated.
• Keep away from heat/sparks/open flames/hot surfaces.
• Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
• If symptoms persist, do consult a health care professional.
