Terms & Conditions


1) All ages required a ticket for admission. (Children aged 12 and below are not permitted to enter）

2) The ticket buyer/holder shall be responsible for all tickets after they have been picked up, LOST or DAMAGED ticket will not be entertained.

3) Public Gold may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.

4) Entry will be refused if tickets is not the original copy

5) The Promoter may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programs, event times, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice.

6) Information is collected from those registering with pgmall.my in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other services available. This information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions.

7)The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.

8) E-tickets will be sent out not later than 2 weeks before the event time.

9) The event entry is subject to validity control of your e-ticket via printed codes.

10) Validity of the e-ticket

  • Tickets issued in the form of E-tickets cannot be taken back, exchanged or refunded.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the data relating to his order is correct.
  • PG declines all responsibility in case of theft or loss of tickets including within PG premises. In case of theft or loss of tickets, no reimbursement will be made.
  • PG is not obliged to check the identity of the person presenting the E-ticket to verify that it is indeed the ticket purchaser, nor to verify the authenticity of the E-ticket insofar as the imitation or copy cannot be unequivocally identified during the entry control at the event. If the holder of an e-ticket is refused during an access control, there is no right to a refund of the paid price.
