■■TIPS FOR DIFFUSER■■

➤ Gently clean the inside container by using tap water for first time.
➤ Do not run the water at the outside surface to avoid damage.
➤ Pour water slowly inside the container.
➤ Do not add water over max line (less water, more mist)
➤ Drop the essential oil away from the mist hole (located at the floor container) to avoid clogging.
➤ Put the lid off and plug in (you may hear "bip bip" sound)
➤ You may clean the diffuser after each use to avoid clogging and other problems such as unpleasant smell. Empty the water and gently wipe the water tank to dry.

Kindly allow slight difference of actual colour and measurement due to lighting and manual estimation


RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Customers need to submit the request within the warranty period stated in the product description. Any late complaint will not be entertained
2. The item must be in an 'as new' condition and returned in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging with the accessories
3. Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained.
