You've received your first OOC Starter Kit! You're excited, but what do you do first? Here's how to use your OOC Starter Kit.
Step1
Tear along the dotted lines and take the lip couture out from the pack.
Step 2
Open from the bottom of the aluminium foil.
Step 3
Using your fingertips or a brush, apply to the lips directly. Add more to build colour & intensity if desired. (For one time use only)
