A 22CM 3.5L Liter pressure cooking pot with 6 material composite layer. It has a pressure lid that can secure seal the lid to the pot to ensure a high pressure cooking process. The pot handle has sliding lock to secure and lock the pressure lid into place. Pressure cooking helps preserve food nutrients and ensure a more rich taste and deliciousness of the food due to proper high pressure cooking. It have a pressure safety valve to vent out pressure from the pot while and while not cooking. It is suitable for a wide range of cooking methods which is gas stove, induction cooker, electric cooker and even electric ceramic stove.

- Before use:
1) Please clean the wok thoroughly with a plate and a scratch-free sponge
2) Rinse and dry
3) Coat a wok with some oil, season over low heat for a few minutes, and turn off the heat. Let cool and wipe with a kitchen paper towel. The wok is ready to use.

- During cooking:
1) Medium and low fire: The die-cast aluminum body of a non-stick pan has good thermal conductivity, so please use medium and low fire. Start over medium heat and reduce to a low heat once the wok is hot.
2) Overheat the empty wok: Do not overheat the empty wok with high fire, as it will damage the non-stick coating and silicone over a period of time. Just heat and cook immediately.

1) After use, clean the inner pot with a saucer and scratch-proof sponge.
2) For stubborn stains or burnt food, please put some water and vegetable drops in a frying pan, with a low heat to boil to loosen stubborn stains removal, clean and dry.
3) Always clean the outside of the wok with a saucer and scratch-proof sponge. If the outside of the wok is stained, clean it immediately. Do not burn stains on the flame as this will cause stains to sear into the external wok and be difficult to remove. However, this does not affect the performance of the wok.
