Healthier Rice In Three Stages.

Stage 1 Boiling.

- Rice is soaked in water and then boiled at high temperature. Water will circulate in and out of the ceramic strainer to remove unhealthy starch from the rice grains.

Stage 2 Leaching

- Rice starch will leach into the water in the inner pot, away from the rice which remains in the strainer.
