Ans: Rice contains sugar. Too much consumption of rice will lead to health issue.
Low Sugar Rice Cooker has a microholes Stainless Steel Basket which sugar will dissolve in water when cooking rice. The water which contains sugar will be drained to bottom & separated from rice.
The water also will steam the rice & make it fluffy & taste better.
