摩卡壶

摩卡壶的工作原理：
-用火把下壶的水烧热变成蒸汽，再利用蒸汽将水升至导管穿过添满咖啡粉的滤盒而萃取咖啡精华，再继续通过导管升到上壶流出
简单四步：
第一步：注入开水-将水注入下壶，泄压阀下5mm
第二步：放粉-将咖啡粉放入粉槽，用勺子轻轻压平
第三步：烹煮-将上壶与下壶拧紧后加热3-4分钟
第四步：享用-切断电源，倒出就可以享用了
使用后如何清洗：
-每次冲煮咖啡后，温水清洗，勿使用钢丝球或磨砂材质清洗
-洗涤剂不能有强碱或强酸，不可放入洗碗机清洗
-上壶底部橡胶圈和过滤垫片也需拆卸清洗，因缝隙积留咖啡渣容易产生霉变
-冲完后将上壶、漏斗和下壶分开放置通风地方晾干
-待下次使用再组装（切勿直接安装，不通风容易产生味道和氧化）

注意事项：
-水位勿超安全阀
-必须加入咖啡粉使用，若单独使用热水容易喷溅造成安全事故
-不要随便开盖查看，液体可能会喷溅出来导致烫伤皮肤
-在成型/压制过程中形成的下罐内表面很粗糙是很常见的
-请勿长时间加热，以免锅烧焦和氧化
-避免接触酸性物质

How a Coffee Pot Works:
-Use the torch to heat the water in the lower pot into steam, and then use the steam to raise the water to the conduit through the filter box filled with coffee powder to extract the coffee essence, and then continue to rise through the conduit to the upper pot to flow out
Four Simple Steps:
Step 1: Inject boiling water- inject water into the lower pot, 5mm below the pressure relief valve
Step 2: Put the powder- Put the coffee powder into the powder tank and gently flatten it with a spoon
Step 3: Cooking- Tighten the upper pot and lower pot and heat for 3-4 minutes
Step 4: Enjoy- Cut off the power, pour out and enjoy
How to wash after use:
-Wash with warm water after each brewing, do not use steel wool or abrasive materials
-The detergent must not contain strong alkalis or strong acid, and cannot be washed in the dishwasher
-The rubber ring and filter gasket at the bottom of the upper pot also need to be disassembled and cleaned, because the coffee grounds accumulated in the gaps are prone to mildew
-Assemble after next use (do not install directly, it is easy to produce smell and oxidation without ventilation)

️Precautions：
-The water level should not exceed the safety valve
-It must be used with coffee powder. If hot water is used alone, it is easy to splash and cause safety accidents
-Do not open the cover to check, the liquid may splash out and cause burns to the skin
-It is common for the inner surface of the lower can to be rough formed during the forming/pressing process
-Do not heat it for a long time to avoid burning and oxidation of the pan
-Avoid contact with acidic substances
