MASTERPAV Aquatic Pebbles consists of a complete packaging for Aquatic Primer AQ100, Aquatic Binder AQ900, and a bag of pebbles (#3). AQ100 is the primer coating for the system of Colour Pebbles (#3). With the application of MASTERPAV AQ100, it is easier to trowel the pebbles coating as it primed and covered the substrate voids. AQ900 is the binder for the system of Colour Pebbles (#3). AQ900 is suitable to be used outdoors, where it is stable under weathering process.

MASTERPAV Aquatic System is ideal for both exterior and interior walls, as well as stucco walls.

MASTERPAV Aquatic Pebbles is a highly popular decorative building product offering a wide choice of colour pebbles. Many beautiful colors are fused to form a seamless surface with specially formulated, clear, and high-quality resin. Ideal for exterior or interior walls and stucco walls.

Instruction for Use:
SURFACE PREPARATION

Remove any particles of dirt, grease, and grime from an existing wall. Remove any loose paint from the wall. Glossy and semi-gloss paint should be sanded to dull the surface before the application of primer. If there is any loose paint on the wall, this will affect the adhesion of pebbles coating on the substrates. Ensure the new drywall should be free of contaminants such as dust, dirt, and mildew. Joints and sparkled areas should be thoroughly cured and sanded smooth. Check & ensure that the wall or floor is leveled. The surface should be touch up by re-plastering and let cure if there is any unevenness observed.



PRIMER - MASTERPAV Aquatic Primer AQ100

Before priming, ensure the wall is flat, clean, dry, and sound. Ensure the primer is applied only when the moisture reading is less than 15 after checking using a moisture meter. Apply AQ100 evenly over the clean and dry surface with a roller or a brush.

APPLICATION - MASTERPAV Aquatic Binder AQ900

Mix the pebbles with MASTERPAV Aquatic Binder AQ900 and drill the materials till it becomes homogeneous.

Install MASTERPAV Aquatic Pebbles at an approximate 2 – 2.2 sq. meter per set by using a nonrusty trowel. Properly compact the pebbles during installation to avoid uneven finishing. Leave it to completely dry. Screen any high spots until smooth and even.

SEALER APPLICATION

Allow the system to set and dry (normally in 24 hours) & apply an additional coat of MASTERPAV Acrylic Sealer by roller or brush. After sealing it is recommended that the sealer surface shall be protected from traffic.
