Deskripsi Produk
Increases lifespan of your running board and belt after long usage of the treadmill. Apply lubricant when your running board is dry. Occassional runner around 2-3 times usage of the treadmill per week, apply lubricant once per year. Frequent runner around 5 times per week, apply lubricant every 6 months time.

After applying lubricant, let the treadmill move at 3km/h speed for a few minutes until the lubricant is distributed around the board equivalently. For more info on how to lubricate your treadmill board, you may search around in youtube for a range of simple instruction.
