General cause
1.Relaxation of pelvic floor muscles. These muscles can control the urethra. When its muscle strength decreases or its supporting function is lost, laughing, coughing, lifting heavy objects or running can all cause urine leakage.
2.Urinary tract infection. May cause bladder sensitivity, even if the bladder capacity is not full, there will be abnormal emptying performance. When the infection is improved or treated, it will improve its over-sensitivity.
3.Overweight. It may put extra pressure on the abdominal and pelvic muscles and cause urinary incontinence.
4.Use drugs. Urinary incontinence may be a side effect of certain medications. Some medications have a diuretic effect, which forces frequent visits to the toilet.
5.Neurogenic bladder disorders. The cause may be a stroke, dementia, diabetes, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, or brain injury. For example, damage or interference of nerve conduction prevents the correct signal from being smoothly transmitted betweenen the brain and the bladder.

Female factor
1.Pregnancy, childbirth. During pregnancy, the pelvic floor muscles, ligaments, and bladder will bear additional weight. During the process, the hormones are released and affect the extension of maternal tissues and muscles. At this time, the pelvic floor muscles will become softer and smoother, so as to prepare for the growth of the fetus. It will also make it difficult for the muscles and ligaments to transfer the pelvic floor. The internal organization remains in its original position. Muscles and ligaments are stretched during delivery, and sometimes the stretched condition is difficult to recover. Therefore, pregnancy and childbirth become one of the risks of urinary incontinence.
2.Menopause. The advent of menopausea is accompanied by a decrease in estrogen, which weakens the pelvic floor muscles, causing bladder problems in some women.

How to use

For external use, first wash and dry the application area, stick your navel every night before going to sleep, apply it for 6-8 hours a day, and it is recommended to apply it at night.

5)神经性膀胱失调。成因可能为中风、痴呆、糖尿病、帕金森氏症、多发性硬化或脑伤，举例来说神经传导的受损或干扰，导致正确的讯号无法顺利于大脑与膀胱间传递。

女性因素
1)怀孕、分娩。怀孕期间会使骨盆底肌、韧带和膀胱承受额外的重量。过程中贺尔蒙释放而影响母体组织和肌肉的延展，此时的骨盆底肌会变得更加柔软且平滑，以利为胎儿的生长做准备，也会使肌群及韧带不容易将骨盆底内的组织维持在原本的位置。生产过程中肌群及韧带会被延展，有时延展的状况难以恢复，因此怀孕和分娩成为尿失禁风险之一。
2)更年期。更年期的来临伴随着雌激素的减少而弱化骨盆底肌，造成部分女性的膀胱问题。

外用，先将贴敷处洗净擦干，后将本品贴在肚脐，每天贴敷6-8小时，建议晚上贴敷。
注意事项：孕妇，皮肤过敏者皮肤破损者禁用。
