• An essential tools for preparation diverse of Asian Food. Keenly sharp edge and lightweight that ensure your excellent cutting performance in the daily kitchen tasks.
• Crafted from 420J2 Stainless Steel, prolong sharpness and toughness.
• Highly corrosion resistant steel.

• Care and Use:
1. Wash, rinse and dry the product before using it for the first time.
2. To protect the blade edge, do not chopping on hard bones and avoid cutting on hard surface such as stone, glass or metal.
3. Do not put into dishwasher.
4. Hand-wash with mild detergent and soft side sponge; rinse and dry immediately with kitchen towel after washed.
5. Avoid from using liquid or powder detergent containing bleach or highly acidic substance.
6. Store the knife in a safe place such as knife block to protect its edge and prevent injury.
7. If no use for longer period must clean and wipe with dry cloth before storing.
8. Recommended sharpen this product with sharpening stone.
• Warning:
The blade edge is extremely sharp, keep this product out of reach of children.
Wash and dry carefully, keeping sharp edge away from your hands.
Watch out for the sharp cutter edge and eliminate direct hand touch.
Don’t attempt to catch a knife when it is falling, better it hits the floor than cut your hand.
