Please Read Before Purchase :
• There are no installation instructions to be provided. Customer should seek professional for proper installation as special skill and techniques are required.
• Improper testing, operation, demonstration, maintenance, installation, adjustment or any alteration or modification of any kind made by the customer beforehand may cause damage to the devices, hence Phonfix will not be held responsible for the damage or loss of any devices during the installation of replacement parts.
• Every item will be wrapped with layers of protection before being sealed into a proper package in order to avoid any damaging.
• LCD/Digitizer need to be tested before glue/install any screw/attached any other part. If touch movement and LCD color is not working please return to us for replacement. After installation (warranty seal torn/ adhesive applied/ flex cable damage/scratches) warranty will be void.
• If device housing is bend, please change the housing first before proceed to replace the LCD. Otherwise the LCD might break easily.

Repair Services :
• Phonfix offers an affordable replacement/repair services if customer does not wish to replace their devices.
• NO FIX, NO FEE policy. When customer sending in damaged devices and aren’t repairable by Phonfix, devices will be returned to the customer without any charges.
• Kindly visit Phonfix physical store for repairing services.

Return & Exchange Policy :
• In the event of detects covered found, customer must contact Phonfix WITHIN 3 DAYS from the date of received. Only for products with warranty.
• Under the circumstances of change of mind/purchase wrong there will be no return/exchange allowed
• Returned products by the customer will be fully tested by Phonfix before refund purpose.
• Any part appears to have been damaged from an attempted installation, Phonfix will not offer any form of refund or exchange.
• Returning shipping fees shall be borne by Phonfix if products are wrongly delivered.
• All the related cost incidental and incurred thereto (without limitation to spare parts cost, maintenance cost, delivery, etc.) shall be borne by the customer.
• Phonfix reserves the right to add, delete or amend the terms and conditions at anytime and without prior notice.
• Phonefix will not be responsible for damage or loss of goods or part thereof in transit or for any discrepancy during the goods delivered.
