Basic Recipe


1. Boil 3 1/2 cups (about 830 ml) of water in a large pot. Then add the noodles and seasoning flakes. Cook for 3 minutes over low heat while continuing to stir the noodles. When the pot boils, add cold water and continue to boil.

2. Rinse the cooked noodles under cold running water and drain the water.

3. Put the noodles in a bowl and mix well with the aged bibimjang to enjoy.
