DIY CO2 Reaction Material Citric Acid, Baking Soda (200g)

Operation method for 1L / 2L stainless steel canister + regulator: 

1. Remove the cover first, and then use the water bottles in the middle position of noble cut, on top of the upper of the place can be as a funnel, pour 1 part baking soda (200 g). 

2. and then continue to join citric acid (200 g). 

3. Use cut open the bottle filled with water, just 300ml. Note: please do not add water first.

4. Use a clean cloth to clean bottle residue, quickly and then tighten the cover.

5. After waiting for few minutes, let the bottle of raw material sufficient reaction (around slightly shaking the bottle)

6. Remove the power cord, electromagnetic valve socket connection, will the power electricity.

7. Rotary valve cover the above adjustment valve, test whether there is gas in the bottle

8. Good stiff connection pipe, adjust their required air output, normal use.


Matters needing attention

1.    Bottle had better put some lubricant in thread, in order to easy to unscrew bonnet next time.

2.    Tighten the cover no pressure too much, just twist to the pressure gauge is the sticker on the bottle.

3.    The bottle upside down and shake up and down is forbidden, in order to avoid raw material to block air flow.

4.    Bubble gauge there may be a leakage of the water transport, and need to unscrew stiff upper metal nut to add water.
