1. Rinnai Exclusive Cocotte Plate

Grill a variety of food with the Cocotte Plate.

The wave-like design of the plate with side drain catches excess oil drippings.

The slit-design of the cover allows heat to be transmitted and minimise oil splatters for easy cleaning

Heat is circulated evenly to achieve maximum taste of the grills


3. High-cut Burner Sensor

The burner's sensor is built to sense temperature of the cookware to perform many cooking modes and safety abilities.


4. Auto-adjust Flame Level

If sensed cookware or oil temperature is too high, the burner will auto-adjust the flame level between high to low to prevent overheating or oil from catching fire.


5. Timer

Allows you to conveniently set cooking timer up to 90 mins for more controlled cooking.

The burner will auto cut-off the flame when time is up.


6. Water Boiling Mode

Boil water easily and conveniently with this function.

You may choose to either auto-off the flame or to keep warm for another 5 minutes once water is boiled. 


7. Rice Cooking Mode

Cook rice easily with this function.

You can also use this function to cook porridge!


8. Temperature Setting Mode

No need to worry of inconsistent cooking temperature ruining your cooking.

Now you can select a specific temperature and the flame will be auto-adjusted to maintain within the selected temperature.

It's great for frying or pan-grilling food!


9. High-Temperature Cooking Mode

Great for quick stir-fry as it maintains the flame on high flame uninterrupted from the auto-adjust flame for a short period of time.


10. Ignition Safety Lock

Prevents accidental ignition (especially by children).


11. Safety Auto Cut-Off

If temperature of pot/pan is abnormal for a long period of time, the burner will auto cut-off the flame

If flame extinguished by wind or overflowing liquid, thermostat react to cut off the gas supply.


12. Easy to Clean

The sealed burners and flat top surface makes cleaning after cooking a breeze.
