* There might be instances where the squid's skin and the edges of the squid's is charred during the process of roasting. this occurs in a very small portions, consumer can tear it off while consuming and these does not affect the taste of the squid. (Please do not buy this item if you really can't accept this little portion of roast charred black spot). We do have other option which is Sotong Pedas Grade A, these Grade A squid is specially selected and checking piece by piece to remove or to confirm there is no burn part (over char broil) at the cuttlefish.
* For 500gm and 1kg Sotong pedas , this item mostly purchase by reseller we highly advice purchase the small packet ( sotong pedas 100gm) for trying purpose before going for big pack because different manufacturer sure produce different taste,color,texture and moisture.
