Taiwan Tamsui Hsu Yi Fish Cracker 160g (Original/Spicy)

位于淡水老街福佑宫旁的「许义鱼酥」，原名「味香鱼丸店」，是淡水家喻户晓的老字号。创始人徐炳松是淡水鱼酥的发明者，因为想充分利用淡水丰富的渔产，就研发出了老少皆宜的鱼酥。游客到淡水老街都会购买上两三包作为伴手礼，用鱼酥搭配饮料或啤酒，别是一番滋味。

Hsu Yi Fish Cracker, formerly known as "Wei Xiang Fish Ball Shop", is located next to Fuyou Temple in Tamsui Old Street, and is a well-known and time-honored restaurant in Tamsui. The founder, Xu Bingsong, is the inventor of Tamsui fish cracker. He wanted to make full use of the abundant Tamsui fishery, so he developed fish crackers suitable for all ages. When tourists come to Tamsui Old Street, they will buy two or three packs as souvenirs. It is a special taste to match fish crackers with drinks or beer.
