Deskripsi Produk
Perfect mold for sand casting of metals. This improved 2 part mold in cast iron with 4 locking pins and pouring sprout. Used with fine green sand copies minute details for metal casting. Mold size well suited for casting decorative pendants, jewellery, ring, key chains, fishing lures with lead, belt buckles, knife handle ferrule, end caps and more. Use in casting pewter, aluminium, brass, copper and mild steel. Similarily use to cast resin and wax.

Washed dried fine sand, Perlite powder also available as molding materials in lost wax castings. Perlite powder and fine sand have good porosities and copy well minute model details. To bind these dry mix materials, use CMC or Tylose before misting water and mix well. Various waxes like soywax, paraffin wax, microcrystalline, beeswax can be blended to reduce shrinkages in close tolerance castings of lost wax model.
