Product Descriptions:
Fusion of thick paitan broth, tamari soy sauce, and spices culminated in an authentic paitan ramen soup.
This ramen soup is made from two types of Honjozo dark soy sauce as base, combined with pork bones, garlic and ginger.

How to Cook:
* Put noodles into the 400ml of boiling water and cook for 2.5 - 3 minutes
* Once the noodles are cooked, turn off the stove. Add the liquid soup and stir them slowly
* Serve in a large bowl with any topping you want such as, egg, onion.

Ingredients:
Noodle : wheat flour, salt, brine water (sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate)
Soup Base: soy sauce (defatted process of soybean, wheat, salt, soybean, alcohol), water, meat extract (pork), salt, animal oil and fat (pork oil), sugar, vegetable oil and fat (sesame oil), yeast extract, bamboo shoots powder, spices (pepper, ginger, garlic), protein hydrolysate, flavor enhancer (L-monosodium, 5-inosinic acid disodium, 5-monosodium glutamate, succinic acid), color (caramel 1), thickener (xanthan gum)
