- Size: S (o Hole) for 100ml approx. 11mins - Medium soft. When feeding a set amount, a set number of times each day and when your baby gulp milks without pausing.
- Size: M (Y Cut) for 150ml approx. 12mins - Medium soft. When your baby begins holding his head up and becomes more competent at nursing and breastfeeding.
