The Pigeon SofTouch™ PPSU Bottle is a wide neck bottle for use with Pigeon SofTouch™ Peristaltic PLUS teats. 

Moms generally would love to breastfeed their young for as long as possible, but it’s not always doable – there will be times when bottle-feeding will be necessary. Many moms would agree with us how our SofTouch™ wide-neck bottle has helped to feed their baby even when they are apart. The teat on the bottle allows baby to use natural feeding motion learned at the breast which minimizes nipple confusion. The teats can also be changed to accommodate the different developmental stages and needs of a baby.

Made from medical grade plastic (PPSU; polyphenylsulfone), SofTouch™ PPSU bottles are naturally honey toned and suitable for high use. The gold standard of plastic baby bottles.

The bottle is supplied with the highly acclaimed SofTouch™ Peristaltic PLUS teat - the result of extensive research into latching, peristaltic movement and swallowing. The teat has a wide neck design similar to breast shape to avoid nipple confusion and features a textured surface for perfect latch on and good tongue position. Each teat also has an Air Ventilation System (AVS) to support constant milk flow and help reduce colic.

• Anti-colic system reduces intake of gas, a potential cause of colic
• Measurement indication by millimeter (ml) and ounce (oz)

• Heat resistant to a temperature of 180OC 
• Available in 2 sizes – 160ml and 240ml 
• 160ml – comes with SS-sized SofTouch™ teat. Suitable for newborn baby. For 0+ months. Comes with SS size nipple specially designed for newborn baby. The opening of the nipple is round-cut which allows milk to flow out consistently and gradually. Newborns have yet to develop any jaw muscles, thus the nipple is designed to support their sucking ability at this age.
• 240ml – comes with M-sized SofTouch™ teat. Suitable for 3+ months baby. For 3+ months. Comes with M size nipple that has a Y-cut opening on the nipple. Milk flows out when there’s pressure on the nipple, encouraging and babies to suck to get the milk out. Babies at this age have developed some jaw muscle movements and is able to suckle to get milk out.
