What is Szechuan Garlic Chili Oil?

This is a real artisan Szechuan Garlic Chili Oil. Prepared with love by my lovely mum in Melaka and this Chili Oil is her family recipe that dated back hundreds of years ago.

We ONLY use the most PREMIUM Ingredient

1. Real Dried Schezuan Chili - NOT Chili Flake
2. Made from freshly peeled Garlic - NOT Fried Garlic ready-made from China (No offense on products from China just that they are normally mass-produced and hence rarely fresh)

Have you been to a Chinese Muslim shop lately? Notice that on the side, there is always Light Soya Sauce and Chili Oil?. This Szechuan Garlic Oil is exactly like that, and even more flavourful as we added lots of Fried Garlic bits to it.
