Halal Kikkoman Japanese Sweet Cooking Sauce (Halal Mirin) / Saus Manis Masak Khas Jepang - 250G & 2 litre Jerigen

This sweet seasoning sauce (MIRIN) is sweet with a light texture used in Japanese cooking. It gives a mild sweetness sauces and dishes. It's great for grilled meat because it caramelizes it during searing to product rich flavours and colours.

It can use in many ways such as mixture for sushi rice, miso soup, inari, donburi, mentai sauce and sukiyaki. It gives special sweetness and aroma japanese flavour. Suitable also for sirfry and marination.

Tips: To do sukiyaki soup, Use together with
Halal Kikkoman All Purpose Soy Sauce 100ml
Halal Kikkoman Japanese Sweet Cooking Sauce 100ml
Water 200ml
Sugar 3 tbsp

Tips to make sushi vinegar rice (Japanese rice) - cooking for 3 cup of sushi rice/Calrose rice

2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cups cooking vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Mix together the above ingredients. When the rice is done cooking, vvenly distribute the sushi vinegar mixture over the rice. Gently turn rice over few times with wooden spatula so that rice evenly cover with the mixture.
Serve hot with your other dishes or for sushi roll. wait or fan the rice to cooled to room temperature and it is ready to use for sushi rolls!
