#Chamomile: Prevent Aging & Relieve Menstrual Pain

How to #Brew?
Hot Brew: Pour some hot water to rinse the tea bag. Pour hot water again and brew it for 3-5minutes. You may add some rock sugar or honey to enhance the flavour.

Cold Brew: Pour some clean water to rinse the tea. Then put the tea in bottle. Pour 500ml room temperature water and steep for 6-8hours in fridge. May add some honey before you drink.

How to drink tea? and when to avoid it?
1.Avoid taking flower herbs/tea if you have kidney problem, or during pregnancy and breastfeeding
2.If you're taking medicine, kindly consult your doctor if you intend to take medicine with flower herb tea together.
3.Take two to three small cups of tea/1 tea bag regularly throughout the day will do.
4.It is best to take flower herb tea between meals.
5.Some flower herb tea may not suitable for children to drink.
