新山地区将在1-7个工作日内送达。

🚛 冷藏运输车
订单将根据能送达的地区在每个星期一至五送达。
使用冷藏车没有附保丽龙箱/冰袋，如需可另外加购。

一般运输
订单将附有保利龙箱送到你家。需要冰袋可自行加购。

️出货根据订单时间排货出货，一般2-10个工作日。
新年前可能12个工作日，不接急单。
请尽早下单，最后出货日是29/1/24。

️冷藏车不能送达的地区我们将使用一般运输
️周六周日和公共假期无运输服务
️所有订单一旦处理好/包好包裹📦就会按Ship
不代表已经出货，需要订单号可询问。

For JB area, orders will be deliver within 1-7working days.

For outstation, We will ship your parcel by
🚛 Refrigerated Vehicle
Orders will be delivered on Monday-Friday based on available areas.
Polyfoam boxes/ice packs will not included if using a refrigerated truck.

General Transportation
Orders will be delivered to your home with a Polyfoam box to keep them cold. If need ice bag can add on yourself.

️Shipping depends on the time of the order, usually 2-10 working days.
Before CNY its take 12 working days, no urgent order.
️For areas that cannot be delivered by refrigerated vehicles, we will use general transport.
️Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday no delivery.
️Once orders have been processed during this period/ the order being packaged 📦, it will proceed to “Ship”, it does not mean that it has been shipped.
