2. Original Spare Parts do not have warranty.
3. All Return Goods to us will be inspected, before deciding on replacement.
a) If Return Goods is found to be incomplete or damaged by Buyer (not during return delivery), request for replacement will be rejected. The goods will be delivered back to Buyer.
b) For Out of Stock Item, replacement will be made with other product of same value.
c) No refund is allowed, unless with special reason.
d) Shipping fee for Replacement Items will be borne by Buyer.
e) For warranty issue, shipping fee will be borne by Buyer, if any.

b) Untuk barangan yang kehabisan stok, penggantian akan dibuat berdasarkan produk lain yang sama harganya.
c) Pengembalian tunai adalah tidak dibenarkan, kecuali untuk kes istimewa.
d) Kos penghantaran untuk Barang Penggantian akan ditanggung oleh Pembeli.
e) Sebarang kos penghantaran untuk produk bawah waranti akan ditanggung oleh Pembeli, jika ada.
