Note: All sourdough loaves are unsliced to be vacuum packed properly.

1) Country Sourdough - A classic choice. Plain and simple, but packed with all the wholesome goodness you can expect from a sourdough bread. 100% premium Japanese flour is used for both the starter and the bread itself with no preservatives added.

2) Wholemeal Sourdough - A healthy choice. Plain and simple, but packed with all the wholesome goodness you can expect from a sourdough bread. Premium Japanese flour is used together with French Wholemeal flour for a healthier brown bread.

3) Rosemary + Cheese - A fragrant, rustic, and herby choice with a generous combination of Australian Cheddar cheese and fresh rosemary! Delicious when toasted and dipped with olive oil or Vinegrette. Also suitable as toasties!

4) Walnut + Cranberry - Our Signature Item. This wholesome product is then added with walnut and cranberry for a contrast in taste. Eat it on its own, or toast it and spread with some butter, peanut butter or strawberry jam.

An all-natural fermentation process of wild yeast that takes about 12 hours is used to bake our products. It is easier to digest than commercially baked breads, and helps with maintaining blood sugar and insulin level. Sourdough breads are also known for their low Glycemic Index, which makes it one of the healthiest choice for baked products.

Products are vacuum-packed and added with an oxygen absorber for an increased shelf-life. Refrigerate immediately after receiving the product. Refunds available if bread arrived damaged/moldy. Pre-order required, although we try to ship out your fresh bread in 3 days time.
